Motorcyclist airlifted after toll bridge collision

A MOTORCYCLIST was airlifted to hospital from a Herefordshire toll bridge yesterday afternoon.
The woman, in her 20s, was taken to Hereford County Hospital after her bike was in collision with a car at the bridge in Whitney-on-Wye at 2.30pm.
Ambulance, rapid response vehicle and County Air Ambulance crews from Strensham found her suffering from minor injuries and neck pain and used a spinal board and neck collar before taking her for further assessment.
